REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to accommodate returns within 30 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with, and the coils has not been broken
Ace Hair Extensions & Co. do not offer a free returns label. Returns can take up to 30 days to be returned back to Ace Hair Extensions & Co. via the courier.
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers,we can not accept any products back that have been worn or removed from the coils.This also mean that you can't try on the hair.
Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of the Returns Policy will be defined as "In Dispute". Such "In Dispute" items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this "In Dispute" decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship "In Dispute" items back to you, otherwise they will be destroyed within 45 calendar days from their receipt back at Ace Hair Extensions & Co.
We are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original parcel is returned to Ace Hair Extensions & Co. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.

2. Why are Ace Hair Extensions & Co Hair Extensions non-returnable if opened?
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the safety coils on the packaging has been broken.
3. How do I make a return?
You must contact us first at info@acehairextensionsco.com within the thirty (30) day return period of receiving your order. All Ace Hair Extensions & Co Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging, coils not broken and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued.
We will then provide you with our return warehouse address,where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.
4. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Ace Hair Extensions & Co will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which We will not be responsible for.Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international.
We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Ace Hair Extensions & Co Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
5. When will I receive my refund?
A restocking fee of 20% of the items purchase price will be applied on all returned items, remaining balance refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions or product was not opened and/or taken out of the packaging.
6. May I return Ace Hair Extensions & Co Hair Extensions without contacting you?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair extensions from.

Shipping cost for Return or Exchange:
Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package, that shipping fee is non-refundable.
